योजना की मुख्य विशेषताएँ

֍👉लाभार्थी: आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग (EWS), निम्न आय वर्ग (LIG), और मध्यम आय वर्ग (MIG) के लोग आवेदन कर सकते है!

֍👉सब्सिडी: गृह ऋण (Home Loan) पर ब्याज में सब्सिडी दी जाती है!

֍👉अवधि: योजना की शुरुआत 2015 में हुई थी और यह कई चरणों में जारी है.और अभी भी चलाई जा रही है!

֍👉लक्ष्य: 2 करोड़ से अधिक पक्के घरों का निर्माण का लक्ष्य है!

कौन कर सकता है आवेदन?

1. भारतीय नागरिक जिनके पास अभी तक खुद का घर नहीं है.18 वर्ष से अधिक 

2. आय वर्ग के अनुसार पात्रता:👇

EWS (economically wekaer Section,)आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग: वार्षिक आय ₹3 लाख तक

LIG (low income group)ऐसे परिवार जिनकी आय थोड़ी अधिक हो, लेकिन फिर भी वे सरकारी सहायता के पात्र होते हैं।

: ₹3 लाख – ₹6 लाख

MIG-I (middle income group)मध्यम आय वर्ग – I: ₹6 लाख – ₹12 लाख

MIG-II (middle income group)मध्यम आय वर्ग – II: ₹12 लाख – ₹18 लाख
