Diabetes ek aisi lifestyle disease hai jise sirf dawaiyon se nahi balki jeevan shailee (lifestyle) mein badlaav karke bhi control kiya ja sakta hai. Is article mein hum jaanenge kuch practical aur simple tarike jo diabetes ko manage karne mein madadgar sabit hote hain.


1. Healthy Diet Ka Apnaayein

Kya Khayein:

  • Whole grains (jaise oats, brown rice)
  • Leafy green sabziyaan
  • Low glycemic fruits (jaise apple, jamun, papaya)
  • Lean proteins (moong dal, eggs, grilled chicken)

Kya Na Khayein:
